"You were worried about me, Specs?" He smirked. "No, Tyler. I hoped that someone cut up your corpse and fed it to paranas. Obviously I was, you idiot! I'm a doctor. Worrying about people is kind of programmed into my system. It's a curse if you ask me," I surprised myself a lot more than I thought was possible with my answer. And what did he do? Laugh! He fucking laughed! Not full on rolling- on- the- floor laughter but a laugh nonetheless. "This isn't funny, Tyler." "It kind of is. Almost a month ago, I would've sworn that you hated me. Be careful, Specs," he squinted down at me, "or you might actually sound as if you like me." I rolled my eyes. "Don't flatter yourself. I was concerned. Don't confuse that with affection. It's two very, very different things." *** When you think that all is not lost in the world. That not all men are pricks and that not all sushi is bad. When you think that there is a light, no matter how dim, at the end of the tunnel. When you think that life isn't the ruthless bitch you've always thought it was... It turns around and bites you in the ass. When you think that the past will always and forever remain where it should be... It comes at you from every direction. Like a violent tsunami destroying everything...and everyone in it's path. Can you change what happened? I wish. Can you stop what's going to happen? God! I really hope so.Complete
Her Capture, His Desire
"Please don't hurt me" I begged. "Oh I'm not going to hurt you... not as long as you behave yourself" he said, leaning his face closer to mine. I could feel his hot breath on my face and I could smell his cologne, it was a scent of musk and something darker... "But if you try anything..." he says, his voice taking a dangerous edge. "If you try to run or scream or otherwise cause any trouble... well then, I might change my mind". My heart rate quickened and I just nodded my head. "Good girl, you're making this easier for both of us". Suddenly, he grips my chin tightly, his body now fully pressed against mine, I could feel his hardness against my body and I let out an involuntary gasp. "Shh, you don't want to wake mommy and daddy do you?" I nodded my head, unable to form words . "Good girl, just do as I say and every thing will be fine..." ♥ A girl is separated from the only person who cared for her when she is sold to the Mafia. The person she's given to happens to be a cruel yet powerful Mafia King. As time goes by he can't help but feel possessive of her and starts caring for her in his own way. However the dangerous world they inhabit is anything but forgiving. Together they must navigate the dangerous world of the mafia and find a way to balance their relationship amidst a web of violence and deception. Will they be able to find a way to stay together or will the dangerous world they inhabit tear them apart and leave their story unfinished?. Pain Reconciled by Love
This book is published on amazon.com. I put it on here for Wattpadders to read for free! Have you ever felt so much emotional pain that you just wanted to end it all? Have you ever felt so much physical pain that you thought death was nearer than you had hoped for? Maybe you have felt one, but not both, or maybe you have felt both. These poems were written for those who have felt pain like no other. You may be your own worst enemy, but you are also your own best friend. Sometimes, no one is there to help you get up off that floor, so it is up to you to help your own self. Once you find that you can take care of yourself, you can take care of and love others. Humans need love to survive. If we didn't have love, we'd all be robots and simply not human. The love doesn't have to be from a significant other. Maybe it's from a best friend or close family member? Just know that we are all in this game of life together. So, let's live it with love. I had entered the deepest depths of pain and agony. I had given up on my life. I tried to end my life, and I would have been successful. Three people saved me that day, at the end of 2017. First, was myself. I had to come to terms with who I was and turn it all back around. I had to lean on my Creator, who was my second life saver. Jesus came to my aid and saved my life after I tried to take it. The third person who saved me was my husband. Before we met I would have died, but he needed me just like I needed him. I am alive for him, for my two sons, for myself, and for my Heavenly Father. "I couldn't make it stop, Until I met my rock. So, here are my words of wisdom, "Pain reconciled by love" is my rhythm." There is hope. There is a purpose to this life. Pain Reconciled by Love is full of heartache, but also full of beauty. I'm still alive because there is something for me out there. I hope this is the beginning to something beautiful.
