Beneath Me

Sebastian comes home to find his pregnant girlfriend, Stacey, standing over the bodies of his parents and baby brother, knife in hand and blood on the floor. She claims they insulted her and "had to go." What follows is a spiral of bloodshed, manipulation, and revenge.

As Sebastian tries to save his mother and call for help, Stacey vacillates between playing victim and predator. She's confronted by a man from her past who kidnaps her, but she escapes and returns covered in blood with photos meant to torment Sebastian. The violence escalates: Stacey stabs Sebastian, stabs herself to frame him, and induces a traumatic "baby blood birth" during a police raid.

The twist: The Stacey who gets shot dead in the hospital isn't the real Stacey. Her identical twin sister emerges, revealing the original Stacey had been using her sister as a decoy while she played her own game. The twin kills Sebastian, takes the baby, and vanishes.

Months later, the child dies from neglect. Stacey herself is found dead - multiple stab wounds, with "you're beneath me and that's where you'll stay" painted on the wall in blood. The final reveal: Their own mother was the mastermind, leaving a trail to Stacey and declaring both daughters would always be "beneath her."
