"So, you and Laura were hugging....?" Harry was the first to break the ice.
"Uh, it's a long story" Niall explained; we hadn't agreed on keeping our newly created relationship a secret but I hinted that Niall wanted to keep it that way.
"We have time, so you can explain" Harry persisted.
Both Harry and Candy shot us glare, waiting for the story.
"Uh, Laura and I are kinda dating....."
Harry choked on his food, face twisting in pure shock. "You're what?"
I wasn't the only one gaping at him with bafflement, Niall and Candy were taken back as well and one question nagged at my head; Why did he react that way? -------------------------------------------

His attentive gaze lingered on my trembling presence for more than I would have thought possible. Our eyes were locked without a slight awareness of our surroundings. NIALL: What in the world just happened? I choked at seeing this girl? And did a spit take when I actually got a good look at her? What the hell is wrong with me?
