Dazai Osamu is a seven-year-old boy with messy dark brown hair, warm brown eyes, and bandages wrapped around his small body. Despite his childish appearance, Dazai retains all of his memories, intelligence, and sharp personality, making him just as dangerous as his adult self.

Nakahara Chuuya is a one-year-old baby with fluffy orange hair, bright sapphire-blue eyes, and tiny chubby hands that constantly reach for the people he trusts. Unlike Dazai, Chuuya has lost all of his memories after the transformation and behaves exactly like an ordinary infant.

Everything changes after a mysterious Ability strikes both Port Mafia executives during a mission. Overnight, Dazai is trapped inside the body of a seven-year-old child while Chuuya is reduced to a helpless baby.

With no clues about the Ability's user and no known cure, the Port Mafia is thrown into complete chaos. Kouyou refuses to leave Chuuya's side, Mori sees the incident as an interesting research opportunity, and the Black Lizard quickly discovers that handling armed enemies is much easier than calming a crying baby.

To everyone's surprise, Chuuya only stops crying whenever Dazai is nearby. Forced into the role of an unwilling babysitter despite being a child himself, Dazai must protect his partner while secretly searching for the person responsible before the mysterious Ability permanently erases the lives they once knew.

Between sleepless nights, endless crying, and dangerous enemies lurking in the shadows, Dazai begins to wonder...
Is returning to normal really the hardest part... or is learning how to care for someone without expecting anything in return even more difficult?
