The Last Resident

The prestigious Blackwood University, being crafted in the dense greenery of the wooden grasslands somewhere in this heavenly realm is a premium private institute where only the elites & the riches belong - where wealth and power merge together to hide their darkest secrets. The story revolves around the Blackwood University along with its abandoned boys' dormitory Blackwood Manor beside the campus. It was abandoned almost 30 years ago after a series of unexplained deaths. Officially- it's unsafe and demolished and now this mansion like dormitory is no longer a part of the institute. It was shut down and transferred to a private owner a year ago and no students dare to visit the path of the mansion. Unofficially, every student knows the legend- "The institute keeps twelve dormitory rooms..., but Blackwood Manor still keeps a thirteenth room."
When a mysterious transfer student joins the premium institute, she moves into that abandoned mansion beside the campus, now rented by a caretaker. She simply believes she temporarily found a cheapest place to stay for some months while living away from home but when her friends find out about the place she stays, they warn her about the mansion's strange history, she somehow dismisses the old stories since its been many long years back treating them as some random legend. A boy who mysteriously died years ago in that mansion and the institute stated it as a suicide to avoid the bad reputation of the institute and everyone else chose to forget the death treating it as some random suicide. The first few days seems fine but as night starts to get colder impossible doors begin to appear uncovering the legend of the thirteenth room. But every answer has a price to pay. The closer the truth comes to be revealed, more the mansion starts to awaken and the people connected with the dead of the boy that happened years back will do anything to make the thirteenth room sealed forever.
