Love Triangle
The attic door creaked open, and Rosy's head snapped up. Raven stepped in first. Dimitri followed behind him, arms crossed, silent. Just like always. "Rose," Raven said, voice low. Seeing that his nightmare had returned, she pressed herself into the corner, knees pulled tight to her chest. He crouched down in front of her, close enough that she flinched back against the wall. "Look at me,Rose." Raven said. She didn't. Her head stayed down, forehead pressed into her knees, tears already falling. "I said, Look at me!" She flinched very violently because of his firm voice, and her head lifted an inch, eyes wet, body shaking. Her hands came up, palms pressed together, trembling. She mouthed the words without sound. "Sorry. Sorry. I'm sorry." "Sorry doesn't fix actions, baby." Raven said and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. She shook her head fast, mouthing it again. "Please. Please. Sorry." Seeing how rosy is reacting to raven, Dimitri said,"Looks like she is ready." Raven didn't turn around. "Quiet." Dimitri went still. Raven looked at her a long moment. "You know what happens now." Rosy's whole body folded forward, silent sobs shaking her shoulders, hands still pressed together, still shaking, still mouthing the same word over and over. Sorry. Sorry. Sorry. Raven stood. "Get her ready," he said, and walked out. 🎃Trigger Warning This book contains depictions of kidnapping, human trafficking, physical and emotional abuse, graphic violence, and attempted sexual assault. 1st book of Cursed series in continuation of Shivanya series "You should stop staring at me like I'm some monster," Dhruv said coldly. Taara replied looking into his eyes "Then stop behaving like one, Rawal sa (prince) " For the first time in years... he laughed. But Dhruv didn't fall for her because she was soft. He fell because she walked straight into his darkness without trembling. "I ruin everything I touch," he warned her while caressing her cheeks Taara looked him straight in the eyes. "Then maybe I was born to survive ruin. " What Taara didn't know was - Dhruv had already decided something terrifying. He believed she was the only one who could break his curse. And he was willing to destroy the entire kingdom to keep her beside him. They called him the shadow of the kingdom. A person who doesn't have any identity of his own. Who lives under shadow of someone else. Prince Dhruv - the second prince of mahawargarh. A widower. Most intelligent and interested only in politics . A feared warrior. And the father of a five-year-old daughter who barely smiled anymore. People whispered that something inside him had died the night his wife did. But no one knew his real secret. No one knew the prince locked himself behind closed doors every night, drowning in dangerous addictions to silence the demons in his head. No one knew his hands trembled from withdrawal before battles. No one knew he believed he was cursed. And then came Taara. A maid who was too fearless for her own good. Too confident to lower her eyes. Too brave to fear a broken prince. She was just a maid working in his kingdom not aware of the fact...that she is going to be the curse breaker for him. " I am not innocent at all my little moon " he replied while moving towards her with slow steps " I am cursed " he smirked. Highy mature content
