Nothing is as it seems. The person you think you know so well could be a totally different person than what you saw. It's human instinct to lie and deceive. For some, it is for fun to trick others. In some cases, they do it to protect themselves. With Luisa, she does it to protect a family she hasn't seen since she was 6 months old. Luisa constantly has to lie and pretend someone she is not. Luisa of the Anastatia Monarch was the royal in hiding.
