CIGARETTE SMOKE - rafe cameron

Blair Hayes left the Outer Banks two years ago.

She returns to a place that feels almost the same - except everyone she knew has changed.
Her grandmother is sick. Her childhood friends have grown apart.

And Rafe Cameron?

He is no longer the boy she remembered.

Blair knows about Sheriff Peterkin. She knows about the drugs, the anger, the violence. She knows Rafe has changed.

But maybe, some people aren't meant to stay in the past.
