Most teenagers despise waking up and spending eight hours in their least favourite place. So why should it be any different for her? 

When Valerie Valentine is first accepted to Carlsonton Academy, the boarding school for the kids of the rich and famous, she does not look forward to it. Little does she know that that's where her life will completely change forever. It's the place where she'll meet the most amazing people in her life, and also some of the worst. It's the place where she'll fall in love and suffer heartbreak. It's the place she knows that when she leaves, she'll miss it more than anything. It's the place she calls home.
