Growing up in a household that is very strictly old-school, old-fashioned, maybe even just very traditional, you learn to view the world the way they--and only they--and taught you. And while living in a world littered with dark energies, curses, monsters, you are told the second you can breathe that you are special. And that you will live to serve one purpose, to make your family proud. The Hanagawa clan was as old as time, existing and surviving for many generations with a specialized curse technique that only true bloods can possess and utilize. With this ability lasting as long as it has, it helped future users better understand to use, and even quicker to learn. However, strengths would still differ between users. The user before Yukikiyo, was her father who she had believed was strong from a very young age. Although after turning 12, she realized she had surpassed her father's skills. Her family realized she would need better training if they ever wanted to send her out on missions, so they sent her out of their tiny isolated town to start high school at the Tokyo Prefectural Jujustu High School. Now this 15 year old teen needs to learn how to socialize with teens her age, actually, maybe just in general.

Itadori had a normal life. Okay grades, good friends, and always stood up for what he believed in. But after an incident at his high school, he ended up swallowing a special grade cursed object, which frankly changed the course of his life from that exact moment. Now on the edge of getting executed, he meets some new friends that help motivate him to keep living. Although this one girl keeps doing a perfect impression of his voice, it's kinda cool! But how is she doing that?
