That girl was Rimuru Tempest.

After finally reaching a more feminine, late-teens adult form in the Cardinal World, Rimuru's peace was disrupted when an unknown system attempted to bind them. Thanks to Ciel's sheer genius, the system was hacked, and Rimuru was thrown into Earth as a regular human with all their overwhelming powers sealed to prevent the universe from collapsing.
