Synopsis For a thousand years, the world of Aethelgard has been crushed under the iron fist of the Nihil Order. After winning the Great War, the Order imprisoned the Greek gods in a dark Void and systematically erased their names, myths, and history from human memory. Stripped of the mortal faith that gave them strength, the gods became powerless, forgotten ghosts. Now, humanity is divided into desperate districts. Every quarter, the Nihil Order holds the brutal Arena Trials, where a district's fate-survival or total eradication-is judged. Without gods to protect them, the districts are helpless, facing certain doom. Until Tala arrives. Transmigrated from the modern world into a fragile body in Aethelgard, Tala has no magical powers or combat skills. What she does have is an encyclopedic knowledge of Greek mythology. She realizes that the only way to save the people is to awaken the forgotten gods. But the Nihil Order hid, buried, or built over the ancient temples and divine statues, rendering them nearly impossible to find. Each district holds the key to one locked deity. In a race against time before each quarterly Arena Trial, Tala must navigate the shadows, decipher cryptic clues, and locate the hidden, defaced statues or wall sculptures of the gods. Only by finding the monument, speaking the forbidden name, and recounting the god's ancient myths can she break the Void's chains. Once awakened, the God can enter the arena to fight on behalf of the humans. This is Tala's long, perilous journey across the districts-a dangerous game of hide-and-seek against the Nihil Order to awaken the pantheon, one forgotten monument at a time, leading up to the final Great War. This sets up a perfect, long-running episodic structure where every district is a new mystery, a new god, and a new race against the clock!

("Quietly marry our daughter, officer... or else, the same rage you came here with, you'll return with your best friend's corpse alongside you.") An IPS officer. That's what I am. Stoic, trained to face gunfire without blinking, to stare criminals in the eye. And yet, here I stood in a mud-stained courtyard, stripped of power, cornered by men who didn't fear the law. Is this real? An officer dragged into a pakdua byaah like some helpless boy? With a village girl-barely literate, cloaked in shyness and fragility? Me-a divorced man, father to a one-year-old daughter who waits for me to come home? Nothing about it fit. And yet everything about it was true. Because my best friend-my brother in every sense-sat tied to a chair across from me. His hands bound, his eyes defiant, and three guns pointed to his head. Aarish. Soon to be a father himself. Husband to Suhani, who was as much my sister as blood could make her. What was I supposed to do? Marry or rebel? The choice was never mine. I whispered, almost ashamed: "Main talaaqshuda hoon... aur ek beti ka baap bhi." ("I am divorced... and also the father of a daughter.") She looked at me with steady innocence: "Nahi... ab aap ek shaadi-shuda insaan hai. Aur hum uss bachi ki maa hai." ("No... now you are a married man. And I am that child's mother.")
