Drowning Out the Magic

Growing up as orphans in Tokyo, the Himitsu siblings had absolutely nobody but each other. Ryos became a master of precise tailoring, quiet logic, and an endless cycle of domestic chores. Melody found her sanctuary in her flute, using her god-tier musical memory and a pair of blue headphones to tune out a world she never quite felt a part of. They were eccentric, fiercely loyal to one another, and perfectly content with their quiet life.

Then, a pitch-black Victorian carriage ran them over on a sidewalk.

Instead of a hospital room, Ryos and Melody wake up in the floating Mirror Chamber of Night Raven College. They aren't the only ones, either. The Dark Mirror is suddenly overflowing with an entire crowd of strange, magicless transfers from completely different worlds-creating a chaotic "Yuu-niverse" that turns the prestigious magic academy upside down.

Labeled as "magicless humans," the massive group of transfers is dumped into the decayed, ghost-ridden halls of Ramshackle Dorm. While the other Yuus step up to handle the dorm's massive magical crises, Ryos and Melody are just trying to survive the domestic nightmare of living under one roof.
