Zane Ro'meave - an abrasive business studies major - serves coffee at the Blue Café five days a week. He claims it's because he values his independence, but, truly, it's because he's too stubborn to ask his parents for money.

Travis Valkrum - an anxious performing arts major - couldn't care less about coffee. That is, of course, until his classes start burning him out, so he decides to give it a shot.

Unfortunately, the only thing that Travis hates more than coffee itself, is the moody barista who has become a part of his routine; and the only thing that Zane hates more than the customers he serves, is the one who keeps complaining about the taste.
