Remus Lupin is on the brink of poverty, completely alone in the world and without a stable job. He lives in an isolated Cottage in the Yorkshire and tries to survive his lycanthropy and the aftermath of the First Wizarding War, which had left him deeply traumatized and depressed. When, a little girl he found in a bush will change his life completely. He will name that kid Oriana, that could be poetically translated in 'golden down.'

Once she turned eleven, Oriana finally started studying at Hogwarts, the same place where her father had spent his teenage years. She was so excited at the idea, but she didn't know how many pitfalls, secrets and truths Hogwarts hid. Because, like it or not, the truth always comes out.

This Fanfiction will not have a romantic relationship as its main theme, although there will be room for those too. But it will rather explore the insurmountable and indissoluble relationship that exists between an orphan girl and a man eaten by loneliness and isolation. There will be many investigative and mystery elements, and the story will have an excursus in all of Oriana's years at Hogwarts.
