Wanda always wanted to be a mother. It was her dream since she was a kid. She'd watched her mother care for her and her twin brother, saw how happy she was. After that, Wanda decided that was the life for her.

Bucky had wanted to be a father. Once. Before the fall and the Winter Soldier. Before he was taken apart and brutally put back together. Bucky used to dream of having kids before the war, even imagined how they'd look like. Now that dream was shattered and impossibly out of reach. Even if he had a kid, which he didn't, he wasn't sure he was cut out to be a dad anymore.

Avelina had a few dreams in her life. Dreams like maybe the doctors at HYDRA would stop giving her injections that were supposed to make her stronger but really just made her blood feel like it was on fire. Dreams like maybe, one day, if she was good enough, they would let her outside so she could actually see the world they taught her about. But above any other dream, she dreamed that one day she would meet her parents and they would tell her she was special and they loved her. Of course, that was impossible. But one could dream, right?
