The Origin & The End

​Dick Grayson's Departure: Dick leaves Bruce Wayne at age 13.5. He spent the previous years training under Bruce (stealth/shadows) and Catwoman (tricks/agility).

​The Teen Titans: Between ages 13.5 and 15, Dick forms and leads the Teen Titans.

​The Tragedy: Jason Todd is adopted by Bruce at age 10 and killed at age 13.25. Dick and Jason had bonded as brothers during those years. Jason's death serves as the primary catalyst for Dick's emotional withdrawal.

​The Exit: Following Jason's death and personal issues, Dick abandons the Titan persona, quits vigilantism, and leaves Gotham.

​The Adoption: At age 15, Dick is legally adopted by his godparents, the Kurobas (Toichi and Chikage).

​The Cover Story: Bruce believes Dick is living a normal, mundane life in Japan. Dick kept his life as Kaito (the Phantom Thief), his war against crime syndicates, and his romantic life with Shinichi hidden from Bruce to ensure a clean break.

​The Kudo Household: The Kudo parents (Yusaku and Yukiko) are active, protective, and supportive. They know the truth from Day 1 (via Agasa) and have been training Shinichi in awareness and readiness.

​The Siblings: Shinichi and Kaito are the primary couple (BL). They are joined by Shiho Miyano Kudo (the younger adopted sister) and Hattori Heiji (the protective older brother figure to all three).

The Siblings: Tim Drake (who became Robin independently), Stephanie Brown, and Cassandra Cain make up the rest of the Bat-siblings.

​Knowledge Gap: None of them know about Dick's life as Kaito. They only know he returned to Gotham briefly for "closure" but eventually stayed in Japan for his new family.

​Cassandra's Nature: She remains an enigmatic, transient figure who drops in and out of the lives of the others.
