Every rep he steals costs him something real: soreness, vomit, Sweat Points that cap how much he's allowed to bleed for. He knows how the war ends, Kreese, Silver, the coma, the brawl, and he can't stop any of it, can't even keep the knowledge straight as his own footsteps rewrite it week by week.
