Armed with the strongest weapon in the universe, accompanied by millions of nanomachines capable of transforming any part of his body into weapons, and wielding powers that manipulate the fundamental laws of reality, he quickly becomes an anomaly that defies every scientific theory the city holds dear. As his arrival sends shockwaves through both the scientific and magical worlds, he finds himself battling monstrous Evos, mysterious aliens, powerful Espers, dangerous magicians, and the shadowy organization responsible for creating the very creatures threatening humanity.

Along the way, he crosses paths with a certain unlucky Level Zero, a perpetually hungry nun, a fiery Tsundere Electro Master, and a steadfast knight-two of whom gradually find themselves falling for the sarcastic hero despite his endless teasing.
