Starline has apparently not only survived being left for dead by Eggman, but is quite alive and well. Maybe not sane. He's out to change the history of the Eggman War. Then Silver and Tangle lose sight of Whisper...
Takes place some time after "Battle for the Empire" and takes a new route after this arc. It also assumes a slightly different account of the events of "Sonic Forces" especially in how Zero becomes Infinite.
