The end of time came, and humanity endured.

Millions of years after mankind survived the death of the universe, the last of humanity lives within Seraphim-a dying world built around the black heart of the galaxy.

Cities stand empty. Ancient machines are failing. Entire levels have gone dark.

And humanity has forgotten why.

Egeiro has spent his life preserving what remains of mankind's history. As a scribe of Exousia, he was raised to believe that Seraphim is humanity's final refuge and that beyond its walls lies nothing but death.

But there are holes in the histories.

Names erased from the record. Laws whose purposes have been forgotten. Truths no one is allowed to question.

Then Egeiro finds the Whispers.

A soldier who dreams of an open sky. A disgraced noble hiding behind laughter. Two sisters carrying scars Seraphim would rather forget. And Muia-their cold, secretive leader, a girl who seems to belong nowhere in the world Egeiro knows.

They should have nothing in common.

Except all of them want out.

Somewhere in the forgotten depths of Seraphim lies something that could take them beyond the only world humanity has left.

If they can reach it.

Together, the Whispers will cross the decaying remains of mankind's greatest creation, uncover the histories buried beneath it, and confront a question humanity stopped asking millions of years ago:

What if Seraphim was never the last light in the universe?

What if humanity was simply too afraid to look beyond it?
