What if Izuku was not born as Izuku Midoriya but as Izuku Yagi but with a twin sister named Chemi Yagi. Inko married the famous number 1 hero All might, Toshinori Yagi then became a hero herself, then gave birth to twins. Chemi inherited her mother's power but on a stronger level, while Izuku was thought to be quirkless when he didn't develop a quirk on time.

Years later, our favourite greenette manifested his quirk after enduring several years of severe bulling, child neglect and mild child abuse. Later finding out that he did develop a quirk, his family and abusers comes to beg for forgiveness.
