STORY PREMISE SUMMARY

Tatiana travels from Houston to San Isidro to visit her tía. Santana flies in from Miami to join her. The town is peaceful, warm, and full of culture - but everyone avoids the creek.

Tatiana and Santana reconnect, explore the plaza, and run into Kentrell, who has been living in San Isidro for months. He's quiet, strange, and too focused on Tatiana. Santana warns her not to go near the creek and not to get close to Kentrell.

But Tatiana sees something different in him.

The town's old rule - "Be quiet on the creek" - starts to matter again when Tatiana arrives. The creek reacts to noise. It reacts to emotion. It reacts to her.

And Kentrell is the one who enforces the rule.

When someone breaks it... they explode.
