There was always something strange happening around fourteen-year-old Lena (pronounced LAY-NAH) Reese. Well, she IS the daughter of world-famous Jackie Reese, who is not only a forensic anthropologist, but also the leading researcher in Helios' project to send people to the next Galaxy, called Andromeda, year 2069. When her father became the leading researcher, they had to move from Florida to Alaska so her dad can work closer to his colleagues and the new Helios building that they built there.
Moving there, she met her new friends, Camille Sutocky, Kiersten Wilson, Jacob Diaz alongside his older brother Logan Diaz, Damion Lance and her younger sister, Mystique Lance, who are all as weird as her. They all grew up knowing every inch of the Alaskan region, so they show Lena everything they know.
A few months later her father brings in a grown wolf, who was seven times the size of a normal wolf. The wolf had been tested on in the Helios compound, and had been subjected to this new virus. When Mr. Reese found out, he snuck the wolf out and with the help of Lena and her friends, they were able to nurse the wolf back to health. Since the wolf was able to survive the life-threatening situation, Lena called the wolf Survivor.
Two weeks after Survivor was better, the children also became sick. They had bad headaches and explosive diarrhea, with a touch of vomiting to join them in the mix. But soon after the sickness, they started to feel better. Stronger. Now, with canine-quick reflexes and heightened senses, they need to stop a government higher-up from destroying the world, piece by piece.
Now, they are eve more than friends.
They are a pack.
They are WOLFBLOODS.
