Raindrops

Audrey watched the rain trickle down from the heavens onto the earth, soaking the sidewalk she walked on and clearing the air that she breathed. Walking through calming fog, listening to the constant splish sploosh the rain made as it descended from the clouds made Audrey feel calmer, and usually cleared her mind of her worries, despite her mother being ill in the hospital and her father's financial troubles. Who knew that lending an umbrella to a complete stranger would change her whole life?
