Carnival Carrage is a story that takes place in 2051, when only the extremely wealthy have survived the worst economic crash of human history. The elite class get bored of mundane life, so lower classes band together to bring back old art forms. Little do they know, behind the scenes of the downfall are scientists running experiments on lost children; making them forcefully adapt human nature to that of animals. Labs around the world pop up as undercover foster homes, and lower class citizens receive a grand sum of cash in return for any kid they turn in.
