Junior

"Junior" is a book that focuses on the internal struggles of a man who has gone through loss and affected by previous mistakes and relationships.

In the book, Junior is influenced by the temptation of
drinking but can't handle the consequences. He then rediscovers his interests as a way to cope mentally. A call from the past contacts him and has a few words for him. Junior then reflects on the loss of his grandfather who shaped his values and identity. In an attempt to find himself again, he reconnects to his roots through writing. The person Junior hurt has a few choice words for him. He reflects on his time away from home where he was in hospital with a man that made him find the
joy in life again. Once he has left the dark period in his time behind him, he is still drawn to it as he struggles to fully step into a new season of his life. As a way to close a heartfelt chapter in his life, he writes an apology letter to his past love interest.
