Once upon a time, fairy tales always ended the same way. With true love's kiss. With wedding bells echoing across a kingdom. With a castle standing proudly beneath an endless blue sky, everyone promised to live happily ever after.

That was how stories were supposed to behave.

Until someone stained the pages.

It began with spilled ink creeping across immaculate parchment, bleeding through chapter after chapter until princes drowned beneath impossible expectations and princesses suffocated inside gilded cages of virtue. Happy endings unraveled into cautionary tales. Heroes lost the privilege of remaining heroic, while villains stepped beyond the set of tropes they had always been confined to.

Every fairy tale possessed another side.

The one no one liked reading aloud.

The one tucked between cracked mirrors, poisoned apples, spinning wheels, forgotten promises, and curses that never truly disappeared once the final page had turned.

Somewhere beyond those discarded chapters existed another kingdom entirely.

A kingdom where the villains inherited the story.

You had always wanted your own fairy tale. You simply hadn't expected to arrive in the twisted version of it. What a beautifully perfect happily-ever-after. Or maybe, your happily-ever-after is a to-be-continued ending of a fairy tale.
