Echoes of the Fallen

In a apocalypse world, many different group and individuals must work together to survive the many unknowns including a virus, monsters, cults, and more. They must travel to the east coast then north where they heard that their is a cure of the virus that will make them undetectable to everyone around them but they must work together in order to save humanity. Some will live and others will die, they must also find two doctors who are lost in this world and bring them back to the east coast after disappearing for nearly 6 months. Can they keep everyone and themselves alive...because the trees, buildings and more are listening for their prey...
