Loki was born a monster, the same monster parents told stories about to scare their young. The runt and Bastard of the Monster, Laufey, King of the Frost Giants himself. A "Political Pawn" as his father had once called him.

Loki was destined to the throne, to rule and to protect. The shadow of someone great can only go so far, but will disappear if the sun was to never exist. New York was a mistake, his mother's death a noose, a life raised on hate and lies. A ironic symbol connected to the God of mischief.

He decided at that moment that his father, or rather, the man who raised him was right. He wasn't destined to no throne, a throne to nobody, a child born to die. He chose the ultimate sacrifice, to prove he wasn't a monster he was made to be. He gave his life for his brother, and the Monster who forced him to attack New York.

Left to the ground like a Broken toy, a slow death in space, vision of a woman that felt like home to hurt him more.

Would this be the end of Loki? or would a new destiny come forth?
