Person of Interest

Welcome to my world. At the age of eighteen everyone gets a gift and a weapon. That decides their fate. It is called the present. Some gets money, or a building, a yacht or something awesome. A week before my birthday I go to the office and was told to answer a series of questions. On my birthday I received a crystal stick and a fountain pen. I was the butt of the joke until my own twin proves whatever I write becomes real and the crystal stick can do actual magic. It works only if I use it. Now I need to watch my back. I become a person of interest.
