this dosnt mean a romance for adults its a story of a siblings who falls for each other, BUT they are not real siblings because hana the girl is an orphan but hiro the boy dint accept her as his own sister but his couple or lover, hana loved him as well but hana was thinking about their mother, because hana knows that Mizuo will be disapleased because she raised them like her both children.

This story is about two people, a brother and sister who are twins. They both live with one of the parents, the sisters name is Shouro. Shouro lives with her mom. The brothers name is Shougo, he lives with his dad. Shouro and Shougo know nothing about each other, and they don't even know they are siblings.
