Just Enough To Ruffle Someone's Feathers (Vigilante by 12, Saved by 15)

Vex, a 13yo vigilante, doesn't remember his last name. All he knows is he's missing something, or someone?

Vex's real name is Izuku. Pro Hero Hawks (Keigo Tamaki) is Izuku's bio older brother, 5 year age gap. When the HPSC took Keigo, they were 10(Keigo) and 4(Izuku). I know that's not right, but Keigo had just turned ten and Izuku is a month away from turning five. Izuku didn't manifest his quirk until a while after Keigo had been taken. The Tamaki brother's bio father was abusive, but in this story he got arrested when Izuku was six. Izuku was put into the system by his bio mum. The caretakers were nice and found him a foster home, but not a good one. He gets assigned to the Midoriya Family. Midoriya Hisashi is with Inko and is abusive, Inko ignores Izuku in fear that she's next. Hisashi drinks and smokes, sometimes Izuku will steal a pack or two to take with him on his vigilante patrols. Izuku has tried drinking once, but got caught by Hisashi.

Izuku originally has blonde hair (Like Keigo), but he dyes it black to match his black wings and red eyes. His vigilante costume has red cargo pants with red trim, black tank top with hood and red trim, and a black face mask with a red animalistic teeth print on it.
