With Tick and Tock wreaking havoc on the streets and Phil gone to another dimension, Ralph does not know what to do. He sends Emma Jackson, the third and final member of their team, to take on Tick and Tock, but Emma's not accustomed to the crime-causing duo. Will Ralph and Emma retrieve Phil or will he be stuck in the other dimension forever? What will happen if the answer to stopping Tick and Tock is never found?
