Naruto: Yes, Hokage!

What do you do when you travel into the Naruto world with no special bloodline, no famous master, and no cheat codes? Kaeda Arashi gives the ultimate answer. By using his knowledge of the plot, modern military strategy, and advanced technology, he wins the complete trust of the Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato, and becomes his chief advisor.

However, Kaeda does not believe in the "Will of Fire," nor does he care about the toxic villagers of the Leaf. He took this high position entirely for his own selfish desires.
