I am in love with Steven Universe, so I was like "Hey why not write an au where the gems are in middle school and hiding the fact that they're gems?" Thus, Gem Middle School was born! Gay couple with, very surprisingly, a few straight ones. Also, They're all in 7th grade, no set ages or stuff like that. Enjoy! I am so sorry about the title I had to do it. (Changed from Gem Middle School to Steven University) not actually a university though.

Ruby's life can get pretty exciting but nothing compares to the moment she met her Sapphire. But will Ruby's own secrets put them in danger? Btw I have my own unique take for how I'd see each of these characters in this story's universe. If you don't like it that's okay but I won't be changing my concept.
