The Beaumont siblings

For centuries, vampires have lived among humanity, hidden behind a fragile secret known as the Veil.

In 1721 France, Adrienne Beaumont was human. A woman who loved her family, cherished life, and would do anything to protect her younger brother, Renard. But when she is offered a gift beyond imagination, she must choose between the life she knows and an eternity she never asked for.

Years later, Renard awakens to a world he no longer understands. Stripped of his humanity and abandoned with questions he cannot answer, he must learn to survive a darkness that threatens to consume him. As centuries pass, he struggles to hold onto the person he once was while the monster inside him grows stronger.

Now, in the modern world, vampires hide behind the rules of the Veil, ancient bloodlines compete for power, and forgotten secrets begin to resurface.

But Renard has spent centuries running from what he is.

And the one person who can tell him the truth is the same person who changed his life forever.

A story of immortality, family, love, and the impossible choice between embracing the monster within or fighting to remain human.

The world forgot vampires were real.
The vampires never forgot what they lost.
