A Hundred Thousand Years ago we left Earth.
The air had become unbreathable, leaving millions of people to suffer. That is when we found Prenta.
They did not know at the time that on Prenta lives a creature, we have grown to call a Nightlare. They are huge creatures that have been known to destroy villages in mintues. 
That is where Wardens came about . To protect the world against these creatures. Being a Warden is said to be an incredible honour.

Oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus make up 99% of the mass of the human body. These elements combine to form molecules ranging from water to the twin helices of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) that specify the genetic code. Life on Earth probably began with complex, virus-like molecules that over billions of years evolved cells and the ability to split carbon dioxide and water (H2O). The poisonous waste product, oxygen, released into the atmosphere, probably caused the first mass extinctions on Earth. WHO THE HELL ARE WE? is a series of short books and videos describing the evolution of civilization. Almost everyone on the planet is five times wealthier than their ancestors only 50 years ago. This astonishing phenomenon has also improved the health, education, and longevity of almost everyone. The cause; an explosive growth in ideas and productivity. I was the first. I arrived in the Glade, and there was nothing and... no one. I remembered nothing about who I was, who my parents were, what happened. A few days I remembered my name, and that's it. That's all that ever came back. There were four walls surrounding me with only one exit. I wanted to go through, so I did, in hopes of finding my way out. What I found lurking on the other side was not an exit but something much worse. I found my way back, and I spent the next month fending for myself. Food, water, a temporary shelter. After a month, someone else arrived, and this person arrived with supplies. Every month a new person was sent up. Every arrival was the same as mine. They couldn't remember anything. I was the first one here, and that means that I call the shots, I make the rules, and I run the place.
