The workers at the hospital only know one thing- they've been stuck here, treating patients and unable to leave. Strange and dangerous creatures, deemed anomalies, infest the hospital along with other strange creatures. The workers must navigate their jobs, survival, (and maybe a bit of romance...?) as they treat patients. However, some of their allies might not be what they seem, and even their coworkers could turn against them.
When everything is at stake, how much are you willing to risk for those you care about, or is survival more important than love..?
