You have it all. You're a successful author, with your best friend working by your side as your editor, and a supportive family. But this perfectly articulated life can only last so long. The passion you once had for writing, quickly withers away as you wonder, what is it that you're missing?

After a public announcement of your hiatus, you and your childhood friend, Sasha, revisit a time capsule dug at the beginning of your final year of high school. You rediscover dreams that the consumption of your work had caused you to forget. At the same time, you face the ignorant friend you used to be to Sasha. You're desperate to prove to her that you are better.

And so, the two of you travel across the world to face Sasha's high school best friends, Jean Kirstein and Connie Springer. Little do you know, within the next three months, you'll find out aspects that you never knew existed of you, your best friend, and her former trio.

Within the high of your trip, you develop a crush on the person who shows you what you've been missing in your 'perfect life'.

But a holiday always ends with a trip back home.
