The sky was never supposed to crack.

One ordinary morning, seventeen-year-old Scott Cole watches reality break.

People vanish without a trace. Streets no longer lead where they should. Familiar places disappear overnight. And through the fractures in the sky, Scott catches impossible glimpses of worlds that were never meant to exist.

Then his own family begins to disappear.

With only his twelve-year-old brother Chris beside him, Scott sets out to find those they've lost. But the farther they travel, the less familiar their world becomes-and a mysterious girl in white seems to be watching their every move.
