NEON: The Last Protocol

Neon City never sleeps.

Beneath the glow of holograms and endless neon advertisements lies another city. A city ruled by gangs, corporations, and those wealthy enough to place themselves above the law.

And then there is Neo.

A masked vigilante who no longer believes justice can be found in a courtroom. On the streets of Neon City, he follows his own rules. His own code. And his own way of punishing those he believes have crossed the line.

When an illegal neural implant capable of suppressing pain, fear, and traumatic memories begins spreading throughout the city, Neo sets out to track down the people distributing it.

He believes he has found those responsible.

He believes he knows who must be stopped.

And he does it the only way he knows how.

With violence.

But when the time comes to make the final decision, he realizes he has made a mistake he can never take back.

Because in Neon City, there are no heroes and villains.

There are only choices.

And their consequences.

Neo wanted to save the city.
