A Year has passed passed since the events of the House of Ashes, and while most of the team seems to have regained some sense of normalcy in their lives, Jason still struggles.
*WARNINGS* Mentions of gratuitous violence (If you played the gamess...you know.), Trauma, depression, excesive drinking, self destructive habits, and SI.
When I write, I try to give as much of a voice of authenticity as I can but sometimes in that effort words can strike something tender without meaning to.. I try mostly write from my own experiences, from real world things and people that I've known; their stories, my stories..and this particular story is a little heavy. Its' meant to be heavy, and while I feel it ends in a good place, just be advised. If you or anyone you know is struggling, reach out. Believe it or not? Tumblr's not a bad place to find solace these days.
