Camila Montoya, a twenty-one-year-old Southern girl who was about to finish her degree in Fine Arts, was looking forward to her life after college. Her dream was shattered when her father became involved in the Mafia business. She had to choose between running away and helping her father to solve his problem. Neither of them was a better choice, knowing whom her father had got himself involved in, the Don of the North.

On the other side, Laurent Moretti, the twenty-nine-year-old son of the Don of the North, was urged by his father to end his single life immediately. Otherwise, His father would choose his stepbrother as his successor, even though many believed Laurent was the best choice. Laurent did not want that to happen for many reasons. He also did not think of getting married. Marriage was something that didn't make sense to him. Nonetheless, he had to decide before he turned thirty.
