Justin Law may be a legend at the academy, but the legend is slightly wrong. He did have a meister throughout his time at the school,a ghoulish girl of the name Valentine Angelis.
They hadn't seen each other in what either would describe to be too long. Though as the kishin Asura is awoken, bringing chaos to the world, Justin is called back to Death city. The place in which his twin flame, his love, his meister still resides.
