A New Melody | DK (Seventeen)

She has the pedigree, the look, and the legacy. As a former K-pop idol turned top model and A-list actress, Gaeul 'Ella' Park is the undisputed crown jewel of the entertainment industry, and the heiress to one of Korea's most powerful Chaebol families. On paper, she has everything. In reality, her love life is a recurring tabloid disaster.

After her third highly publicized, soul-crushing breakup plays out under the harsh glare of the dispatch, Ella decides she's officially done. No more romance. No more heartbreak. From now on, her heart is under lock and key, and her focus is strictly on her empire.
But when a high-profile passion project pulls her back into the recording studio, she finds herself mic-to-mic with DK of SEVENTEEN.

Known for his powerhouse vocals and an infectious, sun-drenched optimism that could melt the coldest armor, DK is the polar opposite of the calculating, high-society men Ella usually dates. What was supposed to be a simple, one-off song collaboration quickly turns into something much more dangerous to her resolve.

Between late-night harmony sessions and shared laughs that feel entirely too genuine, DK starts to chip away at the walls she spent years building.

Can Ella risk her heart one last time for a melody she never saw coming, or will the crushing weight of fame and family expectations pull them apart before they even hit the final chorus?
