There was something about the way he walked. Always looking behind him, as if something was coming. He was short and tense, wearing black glasses and a fedora. But something was wrong. Way wrong. He walked with purpose, moving his hands forcefully and  silently screaming the words to what looked like a song. I should have thought he was crazy and immediately retreated back to my empty house. But I didn't. I couldn't make myself look away.
