A character study and interpretive reconstruction of Aemond Targaryen as portrayed in the House of the Dragon by Ewan Mitchell (as an adult) and Leo Ashton (as a child) referencing what is already known about the character from Fire & Blood by George R. R. Martin.
This work follows Aemond scene by scene, examining how a boy without a dragon becomes one of the most consequential figures of the Dance of the Dragons. Rather than focusing on what characters claim to feel, it pays attention to what they do: their choices, silences, loyalties, contradictions, and the consequences that follow.
Part observation, part analysis, and part narrative reconstruction, this is an attempt to read Aemond through the moments that shaped him and the roles he grew into along the way.
