The Desire Grand Prix... Originally a tournament where participants transform into Kamen Riders and compete against each other by defeating the Jyamato and protecting the city. The winner of each game will be granted "the right to bring an ideal world to life" as the prize.

Ace Ukiyo, who became a god, defeated Suel and changed the course of the Desire Grand Prix for the better. Now, with the Desire Grand Prix under Ace Ukiyo's administration, Ziin hosts the tournament with Tsumuri as a navigator to support people's wishes for happiness without sacrifice.

Now, they faced a new threat... something more terrifying than the Jyamato in another world... a world where humanity lost the surface to the mechanical abominations: Raptures.

Upon discovering a new threat, Ziin and Tsumuri summoned four chosen DGP Riders from another world to the Desire Temple and enlisted their help in eradicating humanity's greatest threat.

With their task entrusted by Ziin and Tsumuri, four chosen DGP Kamen Riders must ally with the Nikkes to protect humanity from the Raptures and reclaim the surface.
