Bill Mason does not want to live another day. His wretched father passed him down an ancient curse when he was only five. Ever since that fateful day, the constant weeping of the beast crying haunts him. The beast lingers in his mind every day; feathered and deathly skeletal. Father had told him that Bill had to kill something to satisfy its blood lust. But no matter how much he slaughters, the cries of the beast keeps getting unbearably louder. He fears the beast would eventually make him murder his friendly neighbor, Kevin Smith, who is beloved by the town.
